Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect, incorrect size, or is not as described.

Please note: Customized or personalized items (e.g., items with school logos or name tags) are not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo of the item (if defective or incorrect).
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return/exchange process.

Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  • We’ll arrange a pickup (if available) or ask you to send the item back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only:

  • If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • If the return is approved and no exchange is required.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original, resellable condition.
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
